Privacy Policy

Ecom AI Studio (the "Service") is operated by Innova Pub Service. The Service provides AI-assisted landing page generation, ad creative production, custom-domain hosting, order management, and an AI advertising strategist that integrates with the Meta Marketing API and other advertising platforms on behalf of our merchant users.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Innova Pub Service. "Merchant" refers to the business owner who signs up for the Service. "End user" refers to a visitor of a merchant's landing page or a customer who places an order through it.

From merchants

• Account information (email address, authentication identifier)
• Business information (legal name, custom domain, brand assets)
• Product information (URLs, images, descriptions, prices, stock)
• Third-party platform credentials that merchants choose to connect: Meta Marketing API access token, Meta Ad Account ID, Facebook Page ID, Meta Pixel ID, Google Ads conversion IDs, WhatsApp Business credentials
• Chat history and prompts submitted to the AI advertising agent
• Billing information when applicable

From end users of merchant landing pages

• Order form submissions: name, phone number, shipping address, optional email
• Behavioural analytics: page views, scroll depth, click events, referrer, IP address, browser user-agent, viewport size
• Standard advertising signals fired through the merchant's Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags (PageView, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout, Lead)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see section 7)

• Generate landing pages, ad creatives, and video assets for the merchant
• Power the AI advertising strategist that plans, launches, and analyses ad campaigns on the merchant's behalf
• Operate the order management and delivery-confirmation workflow
• Authenticate merchants and secure their account
• Diagnose technical issues, monitor performance, and improve the Service
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
• Communicate with the merchant about their account and the Service

We share information only with the providers strictly necessary to deliver the Service. We do not sell personal information. Current processors include:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — to create, manage and report on Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns through the Marketing API, and to receive conversion signals via the Conversions API when configured by the merchant.
• Google LLC — to fire Google Ads conversion tracking tags when the merchant has provided a Google Ads conversion ID.
• Supabase, Inc. — primary database, file storage, and authentication infrastructure.
• Vercel, Inc. — application hosting and custom domain serving.
• OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic, Google (Gemini) — large language model providers used to power AI-generated copy, plans, and chat responses. Prompts submitted to the AI may transit through these providers.
• Kie.ai — image and video generation (Nanobanana, Seedance, Kling) used to produce ad creatives and landing-page assets.
• Fish Audio, Suno, Creatomate, fal.ai, Apify, ElevenLabs — voice synthesis, music generation, video assembly, content scraping, and similar production services used to render video ads.
• Trigger.dev — background job execution for long-running generation pipelines.
• WhatsApp Business / Twilio / SMS providers — when the merchant uses the WhatsApp or SMS order-confirmation features.
• Hotmart and payment processors — for billing and subscription handling, where applicable.

Each processor handles information only for the purpose described and according to its own contractual and regulatory commitments. A merchant who connects an external platform (e.g. Meta) is responsible for the terms of that platform.

Our processors operate globally. By using the Service you acknowledge that personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which it was collected, including the United States and the European Union. We rely on the providers' own legal mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent) for cross-border transfers.

We retain merchant account data for the duration of the active subscription plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. End-user order information is retained by the merchant inside their account dashboard and is deleted when the merchant deletes the order or closes the account. Logs, analytics and operational telemetry are retained for up to 24 months.

The administrative dashboard at app.ecompilote.io uses cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and session management. Merchant landing pages served on the Service may set additional cookies on behalf of the merchant (for example, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag, conversion tracking) when the merchant has activated those integrations. Cookies set on a merchant's landing page are governed by that merchant's own privacy notice and consent mechanism.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, Morocco and other markets we serve), you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact.innovaimport@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are an end user of a merchant's landing page, please first contact the merchant directly — they are the data controller for orders placed on their store. We will assist the merchant in processing your request.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including TLS for data in transit, encryption at rest where provided by our infrastructure partners, role-based access control, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Service, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to the merchant's account address. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
